We are seeking a highly skilled DMSi Agility Analyst who thrives in hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves environments. This role exists to clean up, rebuild, and implement standardized processes (SOPs) for Bills of Materials (BOMs) across our product catalog and master data. You will play a critical role in aligning our current state with the future-state processes already implemented on the eCommerce side of the business. This is not a passive oversight role — we need a do‑er, someone who can walk in with a fresh perspective, take ownership, and lead cross-functional teams through a complex rebuild.

This opportunity is onsite in Puyallup WA , 12 month contract role. Candidates not within a commutable radius will not be considered.

What You’ll Do • Bring a fresh set of eyes to evaluate current data structures, workflows, and catalog organization. • Rebuild the product catalog from the ground up, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with production processes. • Lead master data cleanup, including SKUs, BOMs, and related ERP elements. • Work closely with teams who have already implemented the future-state model on the eCommerce platform and ensure alignment across systems. • Drive SOP creation for BOM management, SKU structure, and production workflows. • Serve as a hands-on project manager, guiding teams through current-state assessment and future-state implementation. • Collaborate across departments, influence stakeholders, and recommend solutions with confidence.
