Job Description:

We are seeking a Systems Analyst for a 4–6 month onsite contract opportunity in The Woodlands. This role will serve as a key liaison between business analysts and the broader IT team, helping translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience gathering and interpreting requirements, assessing what is feasible within current systems, and clearly communicating constraints, risks, and limitations to stakeholders. This person will play a critical role in application implementation efforts and should be comfortable working across cross-functional teams to support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities: • Act as the liaison between business analysts, end users, and IT teams • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements • Evaluate business requests to determine technical feasibility, system capabilities, and limitations • Support application implementation activities, including planning, configuration, and deployment coordination • Participate in data migration efforts, including mapping, validation, and issue resolution • Support system and application integrations across platforms • Coordinate and execute system integration testing (SIT) and support user acceptance testing (UAT) • Troubleshoot issues, track defects, and work with technical teams to drive resolution • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders

Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role • Experience serving as a bridge between business teams and IT • Strong background in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation • Ability to assess business needs against technical capabilities and limitations • Experience with application implementations • Hands-on experience with data migration and system integration projects • ERP experience preferred • Experience supporting SIT and UAT • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
