A growing company located in The Woodlands is seeking a Payroll Tax Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is responsible for supporting daily, quarterly, and annual payroll tax filings, reconciliations, tax setup, and notice resolution in a multi-state environment.This position is fully onsite initially for training and onboarding, with the potential for a hybrid schedule after hire based on performance and business needs.ResponsibilitiesProcess and support payroll tax filings and reconciliationsManage tax notices, agency correspondence, and issue resolutionResearch tax codes and complete tax setup for new accountsCommunicate with clients and internal teams to gather tax informationMaintain accurate payroll tax data in internal systems
