A company is looking for a Talent Supply Chain Specialist to provide expertise in procuring temporary and contract employees for clients. Key Responsibilities:

Provide program and operational support throughout the full cycle recruitment process Consult with hiring managers to assess needs and determine effective sourcing strategies Manage staffing suppliers and monitor requisition progress while coordinating interviews and negotiating bill rates

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of relevant experience in contingent workforce management Bachelor's degree or certification in Business/Human Resources preferred Recruitment background or equivalent experience in temporary labor or customer service industry Proven ability to develop strategic relationships and engage clients positively Data entry, analytical, and organizational skills are essential
