Packager

RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform all general production duties which include but are not limited to: labeling, capping, bagging, and boxing as described in the PPS (Packaging Process Specification) • Read and understand the PPS for packaging instructions, material handling, and shipping procedures • Use hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, move, or stack materials or products, as needed • Perform any tasks and/or production duties as requested by management • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations • Must practice good safety habits at all times and be respectful towards all fellow employees QUALIFICATIONS • Pallet jack experience a plus • Good communication skills required • Must be able to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions • Must be able to work as a creative, flexible, innovative, and effective member of a team • Must be punctual with good attendance • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., additional weight with assistance Company DescriptionSlingShot Connections provides contract staffing, direct hire placement, executive search recruitment, payroll services, and customized staffing solutions for numerous verticals, including accounting & finance, hospitality, human resources, and many more.
