We are seeking a professional, business-mature, and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support a CEO. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner, managing the CEO's priorities, communications, and time with extreme precision and discretion. The ideal candidate operates independently within a high-performance, fast-paced environment and possesses the tech-savviness necessary to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities: Strategic Support: Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and ensure key initiatives and priorities remain on track.

Calendar & Coordination: Manage complex scheduling, prioritize commitments, and resolve calendar conflicts.

Liaison & Communication: Act as a professional liaison between the CEO and senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients.

Documentation: Prepare executive-level documents, standard financial data, ad-hoc reports, and presentations.

Logistics: Organize comprehensive travel arrangements, itineraries, and manage expense reporting.

Meeting Management: Support meeting preparation by creating agendas, materials, and recording minutes.

Confidentiality: Handle all sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and discretion.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM

Skills: AI Integration: Experience utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) tools to automate tasks, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Advanced Data Analysis: High-level Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables, complex formulas, graphs, and data analysis.

Education: High School

Experience: 7-10 years

Qualifications: Experience: 7+ years of proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.

Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a proactive mindset.

Professionalism: High level of emotional intelligence, business maturity, and a strong professional presence.

Organization: Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Proficiency: Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced Excel capabilities.
