Company Location: Montebello, CA $30.00 – $45.00 per hour (DOE)

What You’ll Do: Lead Critical Troubleshooting & Repairs • Diagnose and resolve recurring or high-priority equipment failures • Minimize downtime and ensure continuous production efficiency • Support and improve plant-wide electrical systems and controls

Electrical & Automation Expertise • Install, troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair process instrumentation systems • Work with electrical systems ranging from 110V to 480V • Program and troubleshoot PLC systems, including Allen-Bradley and Lenze platforms • Maintain AC/DC drives, motors, and automation equipment

Preventative & Predictive Maintenance • Maintain electromechanical systems including: • Cooling systems • Pneumatic systems • High-speed conveyor systems • Production equipment and controls

Safety & Compliance • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA, SQF, HACCP, and company safety standards • Promote a safe and efficient work environment at all times

Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of Industrial Electrician experience in a food manufacturing or bakery environment • Strong knowledge of: • PLC programming and troubleshooting • AC/DC motors and drives • Pneumatic systems • Electrical schematics and controls • Welding and minor fabrication experience preferred • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 production environment • Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with management and production teams
