Here's what it takes to succeed with us. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required • 7 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience • Experience managing full-cycle accounting operations • Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and financial modeling • Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems • CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred • Manufacturing, industrial, or job-shop experience strongly preferred Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to communicate financial data to non-financial teams • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities Key Responsibilities • Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and banking activities • Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP • Support audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting • Develop budgets, forecasts, variance reports, and financial analysis • Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, labor, materials, and overhead expenses • Provide recommendations on pricing, profitability, capital investments, and cost savings • Maintain internal financial controls and accounting procedures • Prepare management reports and present financial insights to leadership • Support vendor analysis, contract reviews, and lease vs. buy evaluations Why This Role?
