Mobil Automotive Equipment Technician (Installer Helper)

Will be assisting with installing/maintaining vehicle lifts in auto shops and garages. There will be some ladder use, so they need to be physically capable. Could be driving a work vehicle and possibly pulling a trailer to the job sites. This will be mostly general labor.

Job description:

Looking for a Mobile Automotive Equipment Technician (Installer/Helper). This position will be based out of Longview, TX and will service the markets in Texas and Louisiana that we operate in. Home every day.

Description:

• Mobile automotive equipment installation and repair.

• Install and repair of equipment including automotive lifts, air compressors, lubrication systems and piping, AC machines, and brake lathes

• Installation and repair onsite at customer locations in our service area.

• Service area includes every market we have a store.

• Dispatched from Longview, Texas.

• Base schedule is Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.

Requirements:

• Clean driving record / drug screen

• Good customer service and communication skills

• Mechanical repair experience

• Ability to work independently

• Problem-solving and diagnostic skills

• Experience with installation, repair and/or operation of automotive equipment a plus but not required.

• Must be reliable

• Mechanically inclined

• Must be professional and respectful

MUST PASS A DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK (NO FELONIES, NO THEFT)

Pay $14.00 hr. To $15.00 hr. (Depends on experience)
