Job Description Production-Paint Tech Tinters and Dispersers: No Felonies Must be able to read, write, add, subtract, recognize numbers. (Will take a test) Must be able to lift 5-gallon pails of product repeatedly; some weigh 50 to 75 pounds Follow the ticket... unless Production Supervisor or the Production Lead says otherwise

Follow the task assigned by the Production Supervisor and Production Lead. Priority: making paint and color match with efficiency and quality Preparation: making sure all materials needed for a batch are available before starting Clean up any mess made, as it is made for any staff member to ensure a clean and hazard-free work area. Shut down and clean up stations at the end of the day.

Finishing Crew: Following any task given by the Production Supervisor and Production Lead. First Priority: to put paint into containers with efficiency and in a timely manner Second Priority: to clean and maintain tanks and keep track of the solvent used to do so Prepare the work area for the upcoming pour and keep it clean. Keep enough boxes made up and bells wrapped for upcoming pours.

Have the correct containers moved to the proper pour-off stations. $15.00-$16.50 Mon-Fri 8-5
