Responsibilities • Assemble aerospace components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly line equipment. • Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure precise construction of parts. • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the manufacturing facility. • Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to verify adherence to specifications and standards. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are consistently followed. • Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals efficiently. • Assist in inventory management by handling materials and parts within the warehouse environment. Experience • Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, especially within aerospace or similar high-tech industries. • Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in assembly processes and use of hand tools and power tools. • Warehouse experience, including operating forklifts or other material handling equipment, is a plus. • Comfortable working on an assembly line in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail under time constraints. • Strong understanding of safety procedures and ability to follow strict protocols at all times.
