You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles across industries such as finance, accounting, administration, marketing, HR, and more. Responsibilities • Talent Acquisition: Source, recruit, and screen qualified candidates for professional-level positions based on client requirements. • Client Support: Work closely with account managers and clients to understand job orders, company culture, and role-specific needs. • Candidate Management: Conduct interviews, skill assessments, and reference checks; maintain strong communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the process. • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and referrals. • ATS & CRM Management: Accurately document candidate and job activity in the applicant tracking system and maintain compliance with internal processes. • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to provide consultative insights to clients and candidates. • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to promote repeat business and referrals. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in professional staffing or recruiting (agency or in-house), preferably with a focus on professional/white-collar roles. • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. • Proven ability to work in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment. • Familiarity with labor laws, hiring best practices, and EEO guidelines. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications • Experience staffing for professional roles in industries like light industrial, manufacturing, finance, legal, or tech. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Recruiting Job Boards (e.g., UKG, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn). • Sales or business development experience is a plus.
