Job Title: Training Coordinator Pay: $16.70
Responsibilities/Requirements: •Committed to safety. •Authorized and responsible to provide training plantwide for 3 shifts. •Responsible to post and maintain training calendar for entire site. •Responsible to provide orientation training for all temporary employees and new hire employees. •Maintain monthly metrics associated with training percentages. •Provide new hire employees with updated employee handbooks. •Responsible to issue job cycle checks for each department •Provide training packets for each department ensuring timely return.
These are the main duties for this position and the job, but not limited to just these duties (Quality Manager discretion)
Personal Characteristics: •Excellent communication skills •Having a friendly and positive demeanor (you will be the 1st person people will meet) •Knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) •Must be a team player & willing to interact with other departments. •Excellent work ethics Including punctuality & attendance. •Ability to manage multiple tasks. •Quick learner who possesses a strong aptitude •Attention to detail extremely important.
