At Team Red Dog, we are hiring a Digital Imaging & Scanning Technician for our client, a global technology leader, to support high-volume digitization efforts that power advanced AI model development. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who excel in structured, hands-on environments, working with document scanning equipment, quality control processes, and digital file management. You will play a critical role in transforming physical materials into high-quality digital assets, ensuring accuracy and consistency at scale. Top Required Skills (Must Haves): • Equipment Operation & Safety: Experience operating physical or industrial equipment with a strong focus on safety and consistency in a production environment. • Quality Inspection & Attention to Detail: Ability to identify scanning errors such as misfeeds, skewed images, or missing pages and take corrective action. • Basic Computer & File Management Skills: Comfortable using software to manage, organize, and store digital files following strict naming conventions. • Process Adherence & Repetitive Task Execution: Ability to follow structured procedures and maintain focus during repetitive, high-volume tasks.

Opportunity Overview: This role offers the opportunity to support the development of AI technologies through large-scale digitization projects. You will work in a clean, safety-first lab environment, contributing to the creation of high-quality digital datasets while building valuable operational and technical experience in a production-driven setting.

How you will make an impact: • Prepare physical books and materials for digitization by removing bindings and organizing pages • Operate high-speed scanning equipment to convert physical documents into digital files • Monitor scan quality and resolve issues such as double feeds, skewed images, or missing pages • Organize and store digital files according to established naming and filing conventions • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace • Follow documented procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency • Meet daily throughput and quality targets in a production-style environment

The expertise you bring: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • 0–2 years of experience in production, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environments • Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on tasks with sustained focus • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Basic computer skills for file handling and system navigation • Ability to follow written instructions and safety protocols consistently • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
