Team Red Dog is hiring an Executive Communications Program Manager for our client, a leading cloud and software provider driving large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives. This role blends program management, executive communications, and content strategy to deliver high-impact messaging across enterprise platforms like SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot. You'll lead end-to-end communications planning, develop executive-ready materials, and translate complex business initiatives into clear, compelling narratives. This is a highly visible role that directly enables leadership alignment and operational clarity across a fast-moving cloud organization.

Opportunity Overview:

This role sits within the Cloud Supply Chain & Procurement (CSCP) organization and plays a critical part in shaping how transformation initiatives are communicated across the business. You'll work closely with leadership, engineering, and program teams to build structured communication rhythms, enhance employee engagement, and improve organizational alignment.

How you will make an impact:

• Lead and execute communication strategies supporting transformation initiatives • Develop executive presentations, newsletters, and organizational updates • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused messaging • Manage recurring communication programs such as monthly updates and campaigns • Build and maintain SharePoint sites to improve content accessibility and experience • Coordinate across stakeholders to align messaging and ensure timely delivery • Create executive summaries, reports, and leadership briefings • Leverage tools like Copilot and Viva to improve communication efficiency and innovation

The expertise you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred • 10+ years of experience in program management and executive communications • Experience supporting senior leadership and executive audiences • Strong storytelling, content development, and presentation design skills • Proficiency with M365 tools including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams in a fast-paced environment • Experience with large-scale transformation or change initiatives

Estimated Start Date: Immediately Location: Remote Job #: 2509 Job Type and Estimated Duration: W2 contract opportunity with potential for extension up to 18 months subject to performance, budget and client discretion.

Rate: $9,100 – $10,000 Monthly
