Position Overview
Our client, a prestigious financial firm, is seeking a Workplace Experience Associate to help create an exceptional office experience for employees, clients, and guests. This hospitality-focused role partners closely with Workplace Experience and Events teams to support daily office operations, meeting services, guest relations, and workplace amenities.
The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, service-oriented, and passionate about delivering a best-in-class workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities β’ Deliver exceptional customer service across all forms of communication. β’ Welcome guests, manage visitor registration, and provide a professional first impression. β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace-related requests and services. β’ Support meetings in real time, ensuring conference rooms are properly set up with AV, catering, supplies, lighting, and temperature controls. β’ Maintain high standards of hospitality and concierge services. β’ Conduct regular office floor walks to ensure common areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked. β’ Manage office supplies, inventory, and expense tracking. β’ Coordinate facilities requests and work orders. β’ Support building security processes, guest access, and access card troubleshooting. β’ Assist with mailroom operations, package deliveries, bike storage, loading dock inquiries, and workplace amenities. β’ Maintain key control logs and workplace cleanliness standards. β’ Build positive working relationships across departments and teams. β’ Provide support during emergency situations by assisting employees and guests as needed.
Qualifications β’ High school diploma or equivalent required. β’ 3+ years of experience in hospitality, workplace experience, hotel, restaurant, concierge, or client-facing environments preferred. β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills. β’ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. β’ Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. β’ Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.
Physical Requirements β’ Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly. β’ Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit for extended periods. β’ Comfortable handling deliveries, packages, and operating office equipment.
