Job Description
A general civil litigation law firm is hiring a Litigation Paralegal. The position is full time & permanent. Benefits are offered. Salary is commensurate with experience.
The law firm handles general civil litigation matters from personal injury cases, family law, landlord tenant issues, labor and employment issues and similar. This is a friendly group that works in teams.
Duties will include preparing legal documents, complaints, pleadings, motions, etc. Additionally you will support your team composed of an Associate Attorney and a Legal Assistant in scheduling hearings, meditations or depos when the Legal Assistant is not available.
Minimum Requirements
1 year of litigation experience
