## About This Opportunity

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced NCCER Certified Excavator Operators for projects located in Norfolk, VA. This is a first shift position, and the pay rate is $30-32/hour based on your experience and skill level.

## What You'll Be Doing

Your work will focus on several key areas:

- Operating excavation equipment on active job sites

- Performing trenching work for water and sewer line installation

- Working on sewer line projects

- Placing water infrastructure as part of larger construction efforts

## What We Need From You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Current NCCER Heavy Equipment Operator Certification

- Extensive experience and demonstrated skills in trenching up to 8 feet deep for water lines

- Current base access or Real ID

- Proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
