Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual for the role of Picking/Packing at a well-established e-commerce company in Raleigh, NC. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity for a candidate who demonstrates reliability and efficiency during the busy season. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely preparation and shipment of orders. Responsibilities • Light picking and packing of e-commerce orders. • Preparing shipments accurately and efficiently. • Basic inventory control and organization. • Maintaining a clean and orderly work area. • Meeting daily shipping deadlines. Qualifications • Ability to pass a background check (required for temp-to-perm hire). • Ability to stand, walk, and perform light lifting during the shift. • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. • Must be able to start immediately. Required Work Hours The position requires a consistent weekday schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (or until the last shipment goes out).
