Position: Compensation Analyst (Entry Level)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Battery)

On-Site: Tues, Wed, Thurs (3x a week)

Compensation: $62,000-65,000/year

Vaco is partnering with a growing, reputable organization seeking a Compensation Analyst (Entry Level) in the metro Atlanta market. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in an environment that supports their employees. The position sits within the sales compensation team and is responsible for commission data analysis, auditing, and supporting compensation administration across multiple business groups.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the monthly producer compensation process • Validate and audit monthly commission data for compliance, accuracy, and completeness • Research and resolve producer compensation inquiries • Assist with month?end close reporting and analysis • Provide policy and procedural guidance and training to producers across the organization • Support onboarding for new teams or acquisitions as it relates to sales compensation • Perform ad?hoc analysis, reporting, and other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business) – required • Experience with Microsoft Excel (Advanced – Pivot Tables, V/X/H lookups, formulas, etc.) – required • 1+ years of experience in a corporate environment/analytical role handling data analysis – required • 1-2+ years of experience in sales compensation - preferred • Experience with compensation tools/systems – preferred • Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve data?related issues • Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels • Strong organizational and time?management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
