The Estimator/Project manager will play a pivotal role in delivering competitive cost estimates for construction. Will meticulously calculate labor, equipment, and material requirements. Critically analyze bid documents, assess risks and opportunities in estimates, schedules and bid proposals. Assist operations in the successful execution of projects, from startup to completion, ensuring they stay on track both in terms of time and budget. Above experience preferred. HSG. Bachelors in Engineering, Building Science, Construction Management or related. HCSS, Vista, Excel, and Word.
Normal hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00. Criminal/Drug screening.
