Fielding Manufacturing - Injection Molding (PMI) Operator job at We Make RI Partners. Cranston, RI. POSITION SUMMARY: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Thursday and/or 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday - Friday

The Molding (PMI) Machine Operator works with standard injection molding machines to pick/remove

parts from the mold each cycle (manual jobs), fill hoppers with pre-mixed/dried plastic resins and

move molded parts from the machine to inspect, label/identify, and package. The PMI Machine

Operator takes direction from the Molding Lead Technician and ultimately reports to the Molding

Production Manager. The PMI Machine Operator must work safely, complying with all Fielding policies

and requirements. The PMI Machine Operator is expected to follow hourly in-process inspections

based on approved Quality Assurance Plans (QAP's) and identify non-conforming product during

production - training on QAP's will be provided upon hire. The PMI Machine Operator is expected to

maintain established production rates to maintain Fielding's production schedule. We Make RI Partners
