JOB SUMMARY

Join our growing team as a General Labor professional in Utah, where you'll play a key role in furniture manufacturing and production. This General Labor position offers steady Monday through Friday hours with competitive pay of $17 per hour and the opportunity to develop valuable manufacturing skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and assemble furniture components using hand tools and equipment

• Perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the workday

• Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment at all times

• Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure efficient production flow

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

• Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects to supervisors

• Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed

• Complete assigned tasks within established timeframes as a General Labor team member

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift

• Must own steel toe boots or safety shoes

• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID with REAL ID star

• Ability to pass background check covering the past 10 years

• Ability to pass drug screening test

• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment as a General Labor professional

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Preferred:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments

• Experience with hand tools and basic assembly work

• Knowledge of workplace safety practices

• Reliable transportation to and from work location

SCHEDULE & SHIFT

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or until production goals are completed. This General Labor role offers consistent daytime hours with weekends off.

COMPENSATION

$17.00 per hour

Safety equipment including safety vest, hard hat, gloves, and safety glasses will be provided by the company. All General Labor employees are required to maintain their personal protective equipment and can store items in provided lockers or personal vehicles when not in use.
