Duties

• Repair or replace defective components such as motors, pumps, valves, belts, gears, and hydraulic systems.
• Operate precision measuring instruments like ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to assess equipment condition.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Support field service operations by troubleshooting on-site equipment in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Collaborate with team members and technical sales staff to provide exceptional customer service when supporting external clients or vendors.
Skills
• Extensive experience working in manufacturing facilities with strong mechanical knowledge.
• Proficiency with schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills for troubleshooting complex machinery.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulics, Gas & Diesel equipment and Machinery
• Strong customer service skills when interacting with internal teams or external clients.
• Analysis skills for diagnosing issues efficiently under pressure while maintaining safety standards.
