Customer Service Representative (Hybrid | No Weekends) Looking for a steady, full‑time role where your communication skills matter—and your weekends stay yours? Location & Schedule • Location: Fall River, MA • Training: First 2 weeks onsite (paid) • After Training: Hybrid schedule • Hours: Full‑time, Monday–Friday • Shifts: Day, mid, and evening options
What Will Help You Succeed • High School Diploma or equivalent • 1–2+ years of customer service or call center experience (preferred) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask across systems • Detail‑oriented with good time management • Comfortable in a structured, performance‑driven environment • Basic computer and CRM skills • Positive, customer‑first mindset
