CNC Machine Operator II - Night Shift (Horizontal CNC) Abundant Solutions | Plano, TX

Abundant Solutions is seeking skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operators to join our team. This is a great opportunity for experienced candidates looking to grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Pay: $20.00+ per hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM Must be flexible to work extended hours up to 5:00 AM and overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-code or similar) • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints • Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments • Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools • Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Requirements: • Experience operating CNC machines (lathe, mill, or both) • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) • Basic understanding of feeds, speeds, and tool paths • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Good communication and teamwork skills • Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic • Must be able to work overtime as needed

Preferred: Experience with CNC mills, HAAS, or FANUC controls
