Wiring Assembler – 2nd Shift ($18/hr) Location: Plano, TX Shift: 2nd Shift (Initial hours: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM; schedule may extend to 6–8 hours as finalized) Pay: $15/hour Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Wiring Assembler to join our 2nd shift production team. This role is responsible for assembling custom cable and wiring systems, including copper and fiber-optic assemblies, to meet precise customer specifications. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, reliable connectivity solutions. Key Responsibilities • Assemble cable and wire harnesses according to work instructions, diagrams, and specifications • Perform cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating wires • Build and assemble custom copper and fiber optic cable systems • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and accuracy • Label, bundle, and package assemblies for shipment • Maintain a clean and organized workstation • Follow safety procedures and company quality standards Qualifications • High school diploma or GED preferred • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus • Ability to read basic diagrams, blueprints, or work instructions • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment • Basic hand tool experience (cutters, crimpers, etc.) Physical Requirements • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods • Good hand-eye coordination • Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs occasionally Why Join Us • Stable, growing manufacturing environment • Hands-on training provided • Opportunity to build skills in cable and connectivity manufacturing • Team-oriented workplace focused on quality and precision
