Position Overview

We are currently seeking an Entry Level HR Assistant in Allen, Texas. This on-site role is scheduled Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable handling onboarding and administrative responsibilities during a short-term leave within our HR team. Compensation: $16.50/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct orientation for new temporary employees

• Complete onboarding paperwork and processes

• Submit and track employee timesheets

• Assist with various HR and operational tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual – preferred English/Spanish

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable and professional with good communication skills
