Material Handler – Warehouse Operations (Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday) Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Overview: Experienced Material Handler responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials within a warehouse and manufacturing environment. This role requires strong stand-up (reach) forklift experience (MUST HAVE), with sit-down forklift experience considered a plus. Responsible for supporting production flow, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring all materials are handled safely and efficiently according to established procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Operate material handling equipment, including stand-up/reach forklifts (required), sit-down forklifts (preferred), pallet jacks, and hand trucks • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against documentation and report discrepancies • Organize and transport materials to designated storage locations for inventory accuracy • Supply production lines with materials to maintain workflow and meet production schedules • Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and record reconciliation • Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse and dock areas • Follow all safety procedures and proper forklift operation guidelines, including PPE use • Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate material movement • Support process improvements focused on safety, efficiency, and productivity • Follow attendance, punctuality, and safety compliance standards • Perform additional duties as assigned Preferred Experience: • Strong experience operating stand-up/reach forklifts (required) • Sit-down forklift experience (plus) • Warehouse or manufacturing environment experience • Inventory control and production support experience Skills & Competencies: • Strong focus on safety and efficiency • Ability to work in a team environment • Basic computer skills • Ability to read labels and safety documents • Basic math skills • Willingness to follow all safety standards
