Requirements
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
3–5+ years of related driving, maintenance, industrial, warehouse, or mechanical experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs
Experience cutting, fitting, and gluing PVC pipe
Ability to use a digital multimeter/meter for basic electrical diagnostics
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Ability to safely work around industrial chemicals and follow safety procedures
Must be willing to perform both driving and plant labor duties
Must maintain a clean-shaven appearance for respirator/PPE compliance
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
HAZMAT endorsement or chemical transportation experience
Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
Bilingual English/Spanish skills
Experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, agriculture, utilities, warehouse operations, or chemical processing environments
Computer Skills
Basic ability to use smartphones, tablets, or company systems for communication, scheduling, and operational documentation
