We are seeking an experienced Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) who is ready to step into a high-impact role with real influence, autonomy, and future ownership potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:
-Manage land surveying projects from kickoff through completion
-Lead and coordinate field crews and office staff
-Review and oversee boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys
-Prepare and/or review legal descriptions, parcel maps, and Records of Survey
-Ensure high standards through QA/QC review and technical oversight
-Serve as a key point of contact for clients, municipalities, and internal teams
-Mentor and support junior survey staff
-Help drive operational excellence and contribute to the firm’s long-term growth
What We’re Looking For:
-Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) License – required
-Strong experience in project management and survey operations
-Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
-Solid understanding of boundary analysis, mapping, and land development projects
-Experience with municipal and/or private development projects
-AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred
-A survey professional who is interested in leadership, long-term growth, and making an impact
