Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper with strong Accounts Payable experience for a direct hire opportunity in West Los Angeles, CA. This onsite role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys accurate financial recordkeeping, vendor payment processing, account reconciliation, and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations of a real estate or property management environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a consistent part-time schedule, a professional office setting, and the ability to contribute to a stable accounting function without the commitment of a full-time role. Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, transaction verification, coding, and payment preparation. - Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, vendor accounts, and general account activity to identify and resolve discrepancies. - Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors, suppliers, and service providers. - Prepare and process employee expense reports and reimbursements. - Maintain accurate financial records and support clean, organized documentation for accounting files. - Handle sensitive financial information with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour. - Schedule: Part-time, 2 days per week. - Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM PST. - Work Arrangement: Onsite in West Los Angeles, CA. - Location Requirement: Must live within 20 miles of the West Los Angeles office, ZIP code 90025. - Employment Type: Direct hire. - This is a part-time position only. Full-time availability is not available for this role.
