Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Fence Installer for a local company serving Snohomish County. This is an evaluation-to-hire position offering hands-on outdoor work and the opportunity to grow with a reputable fencing company. The Fence Installer role is responsible for installing a variety of fencing types including wood, chain-link, and ornamental metal. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Pay & Schedule • Pay: $21-$25 depending on experience • Schedule: Full-time, day shift 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (schedule may vary by project site) Primary Duties – Fence Installation • Represent the company professionally on job sites and when interacting with customers • Prepare ground for fence installation (wood, chain-link, ornamental metal) • Accurately measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit • Dig post holes and assist with fence placement • Transport and move heavy cement using a wheelbarrow • Safely operate hand and power tools • Follow work orders and take direction from supervisors • Clean and maintain job sites throughout and after projects • Perform general labor tasks as needed • Prepare materials for upcoming fence installations • Safely drive company vehicles to and from local job sites Physical Requirements • Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work • Frequent lifting, carrying, digging, and bending • Ability to work in various weather conditions • Ability to handle heavy materials including cement Key Qualities • Strong punctuality and reliability • Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset • Willingness to work hard in a labor-intensive role • Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment • Positive attitude and strong work ethic Licensing & Compliance • Must have a valid drivers license Please note: You must have at least six months of recent work experience and be able to provide two professional references to be eligible for placement through our office.
