This role involves assisting with the installation and maintenance of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and related equipment. This is a travel-based position, requiring trips from Lubbock to Afton, TX and potentially other job sites. Key Responsibilities • Assist with installation of UPS systems and electrical components • Lift, move, and position batteries and equipment (heavy lifting required) • Perform general site cleanup, including wiping down and maintaining equipment • Support electricians and technicians on active job sites • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines • Maintain tools and ensure a clean, organized work environment Qualifications • Prior experience in construction, electrical labor, or wind energy preferred • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting • Willingness to travel for job assignments • Strong work ethic and reliability • Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment Required Certifications • OSHA 10 • CPR Certification • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) • NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code familiarity preferred) Additional Details • Travel required (transportation may be provided or reimbursed—details discussed during interview) • Opportunity for long-term placement based on performance • Great opportunity to grow within the power services industry
