Office Clerk – Customer Service & Administrative SupportCompany: Express Employment Professionals – Lubbock, TXJob Type: Full-TimePay: $15–$16/hour to start (higher based on experience) Job Description:We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Office Clerk to join our team in Lubbock. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers over the phone, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to a positive office environment. This is not a temporary position—we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term and be a consistent part of our team. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service • Speak directly with customers to gather and record accurate information • Perform data entry and maintain organized records • Assist with general office duties and administrative support • Support accounting tasks such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Assist with basic HR-related tasks as needed Qualifications: • Previous customer service phone experience (non-switchboard) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus • Familiarity with AP, AR, or HR processes preferred • Proficiency in basic computer and data entry tasks • Reliable, professional, and committed to long-term employment Schedule: • Monday–Friday, full-time hours • Occasional Saturday (approximately once every 4–5 weeks)
