Duties:

• Open and close the facility on schedule.

• Perform routine inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and security.

• Address any immediate maintenance issues or report them as necessary.

• Greet and assist customers with their storage needs.

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.

• Convert customer inquiries into unit rentals and ensure proper lease agreements are signed.

• Collect rental payments and manage account follow-ups, including delinquency calls.

• Provide tours of the facility and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.

• Upsell additional services, such as insurance or packing supplies.

• Maintain accurate records of rentals, payments, and inventory.

• Update customer accounts and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or property management is a plus.

• Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, and rental software.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to handle light maintenance tasks and maintain a professional appearance of the facility.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
