Job Title: Executive Assistant/Receptionist ($20-$25 per hour) Location: Montgomery Job Type: Full-time Shift: Day Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization while also providing essential administrative and financial support. This role combines traditional receptionist duties with advanced Excel work and accounts receivable responsibilities. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities may be added as the role evolves. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Reception Duties: • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner • Greet visitors and clients; manage front desk operations • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages • Maintain a clean and organized reception area Executive & Administrative Support: • Provide administrative support to leadership as needed • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments • Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal documents • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical) Excel & Accounts Receivable: • Create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, etc.) • Generate reports related to billing, collections, and financial tracking • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment posting, and follow-ups • Assist with reconciliations and basic financial recordkeeping Additional Responsibilities: • Support special projects and process improvements • Take on additional administrative, accounting, or operational duties as business needs grow Qualifications & Skills • Proven experience as an executive assistant, receptionist, or administrative professional • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with accounts receivable or basic accounting functions • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High level of professionalism and discretion • Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and priorities Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a small business or multi-role office environment • Familiarity with accounting or ERP software • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field What We Offer • Competitive compensation based on experience • Stable, full-time position with growth potential • Supportive team environment • Opportunity to expand responsibilities and skills BENEFITS OFFERED!
