Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for our client in Schaumburg, IL. This role is responsible for order management, product availability inquiries, and resolving customer concerns accurately and efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p Responsibilities: • Serve as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email • Provide product availability information and general product knowledge • Process and manage customer orders, including entry, follow-up, and issue resolution • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary • Manage returns and warranty-related inquiries • Maintain accurate customer account information in ERP systems and customer portals • Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required • Strong computer skills required • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and emails • Patient, attentive, and customer-focused with strong time-management skills If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
