Inside Sales Representative / Outbound Call Center
Location: Mesa, AZ Pay: $18/hour (increases to $20/hour upon permanent hire) Schedule: Monday–Friday, availability required between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representatives to join our outbound call center team in Mesa, AZ. This role focuses on reconnecting with prospects, re-engaging interest, and transferring qualified individuals to the next step in the sales process.

Key Responsibilities • Make 200+ outbound calls per day • Place follow-up calls to warm and previously contacted prospects • Re-engage and build interest with potential customers • Qualify prospects and transfer interested individuals to the appropriate department • Accurately document all call activity and notes in the system • Meet daily and weekly performance metrics
Qualifications • Previous call center, inside sales, or high-volume outbound calling experience preferred • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Comfortable handling objections and maintaining professionalism • Ability to work in a goal-driven, high-volume environment • Basic computer skills and accurate data entry ability • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work between 7 AM – 8 PM (Monday–Friday)
