Starting Pay: $21.00/hr + Shift Differentials

Conversion Pay: $22.00/hr + Shift Differentials

We offer unique shift structures that allow for more days off during the week while maintaining full-time hours. Available Shifts & Compensation Shift Schedule Starting Rate Post-Conversion Rate Shift 1B Thurs-Sat (6am-6pm) & Wed (Noon-6pm) $22.00 ($21 + $1 diff) $23.00 ($22 + $1 diff) Shift 2A Sun-Tues (6pm-6am) & Wed (6pm-Midnight) $23.00 ($21 + $2 diff) $24.00 ($22 + $2 diff) Shift 2B Thurs-Sat (6pm-6am) & Wed (Midnight-6am) $23.00 ($21 + $2 diff) $24.00 ($22 + $2 diff) Key Responsibilities • Operate and monitor forming machinery to ensure production targets are met. • Perform quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards. • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and assist with machine changeovers. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with warehouse safety protocols. • Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth hand-off between shifts. Requirements • Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (Forming experience is a plus!). • Ability to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. • Reliability: Ability to commit to the specific "Split-Wednesday" shift schedules. • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
