Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of on-site staff Ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards Monitor employee performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance and efficiency Communicate with office management regarding progress, challenges, and staffing needs Handle on-site issues, conflicts, or emergencies in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation Assist with scheduling, staffing, and training of new employees Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred) Previous supervisory or leadership experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of safety standards and regulations (staffing industry a plus) Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets) Bilingual (English-Spanish). Work Environment: Primarily based on-site (food manufacturing warehouse, Ontario, CA) May require standing, walking, or physical activity for extended periods May involve working in varying weather or environmental conditions, strong ingredient odors, noise, as well. Schedule and Location: Full-time (2nd shift) need to be flexible May include evenings, weekends, or overtime depending on operations This position is available for Ontario, California Pay: $27.00 • $28. 00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Work Location: In person
