Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift outbound operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and strong team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse operations experience required

• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Must be available to work overtime as needed (up to 12 hours per day, including weekends)

• Candidates must be fully committed to the required overtime schedule

• Failure to meet overtime requirements may result in termination

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee outbound operations during 2nd shift

• Lead and conduct daily shift meetings

• Assign pickers and manage workflow distribution

• Prepare and review pick tickets for accuracy

• Troubleshoot and resolve picking and operational issues

• Utilize SAP for daily picking and warehouse processes

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to warehouse staff

• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and management
