Schedule
Training Schedule (1st Shift):
Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Regular Schedule (2nd Shift): Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM
Key Responsibilities • Operate and monitor thermoforming and paper cup production machines • Work with conveyors and automated production lines • Operate trimming and cutting equipment to finish plastic products • Assist with product handling and production flow management • Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery as needed • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met • Maintain accurate production records and report defects or equipment issues • Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
Qualifications • Previous machine operator experience preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Basic to intermediate computer skills • English fluency required; Korean language skills are a plus • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. as needed • Safety First-Willingness to wear required PPE, including hair nets, safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection
Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing and production facility with regular exposure to machinery, moving equipment, and production noise. Safety is a top priority, and all required protective equipment is provided.
