Currently, we are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team, providing essential maintenance services for residential or commercial properties located primarily in the Kakaako and Ward areas. This is a part-time role scheduled for every Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 3:30pm, offering a competitive pay rate of $17.50 per hour. The Housekeeper position is critical in maintaining cleanliness and order both inside and outside of the property, ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment. The role involves conducting frequent property inspections and performing common area cleaning duties to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation. Candidates must be physically able to handle tasks that include lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and must be reliable and punctual to maintain consistent service.

Key responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and emptying trash in the common areas, contributing to the overall upkeep and functionality of the property. The role also requires picking up garbage and trash around the premises to maintain a clean outdoor space.
