About the Position

The Project Engineer will play a critical role in delivering geotechnical engineering solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects, including bridge construction and slope stabilization in mountainous terrain. This position requires a licensed Geotechnical Engineer or Engineer In Training (EIT) with a geotechnical focus who can balance technical design work with real-world field application.

Working closely with internal teams and clients, the Project Engineer will contribute to project planning, analysis, and execution while ensuring safety, quality, and engineering integrity. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer seeking meaningful, technically challenging work in a collaborative and growing firm.

Requirements

Education & Credentials

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Active Engineer In Training (EIT) license required or Professional Engineer (PE) with Geotechnical experience

• Geotechnical Engineer (GE) license strongly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience

• Experience with bridge projects and slope stabilization (residential and commercial)

• Proven ability to work on projects in challenging terrain

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong xklufbp understanding of soil mechanics, foundation design, and slope stability analysis

• Experience with field investigations, testing, and construction support

• Ability to translate engineering analysis into practical, buildable solutions
