Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Full Time Position Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Location: Honolulu

Description: • Design air conditioning, plumbing, ventilation, and fire sprinkler systems • Able to run load calculations using Energy Pro and HAPS • Prepare energy studies • Prepare mechanical system survey and due diligence report • Prepare specifications • Prepare cost estimates • Coordinate with other disciplines • Conduct field investigations • Other functions as assigned

Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering • Must be proficient in AutoCAD • Detail-oriented, problem solver • Must be reliable and take initiative. • Must have a positive attitude and a good team player. • Ability to prioritize, coordinates several tasks simultaneously, and meets all deadlines. • Clean driving record.
