A company is looking for an Associate, Care Navigation Programs to join their Care Navigation Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects
Evaluate overall departmental performance through data analysis and metric interpretation
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop implementation and communication strategies
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in program management in a healthcare environment
2+ years of experience in delivering projects independently and within a team
2+ years of experience using data and metrics for program improvements
Experience executing enterprise-wide initiatives with defined project plans and resource coordination
Bonus : Master's Degree, SQL experience, PMP or Program Management Certifications, Lean / Six Sigma Certifications
