We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Eden Prairie.

Salary: $80,000-$88,000

Shift: 3rd shift 10PM-6AM. Need to be able to train on 1st or 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily production to meet or exceed schedule, quality, and cost targets • Lead shift start-up meetings and communicate goals and performance updates • Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and ensure continuous operations • Promote a culture of safety, cleanliness, and organization on the production floor • Implement and sustain lean manufacturing practices (including 5S) • Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Supervise, coach, and develop team members to achieve high performance • Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards • Oversee 5-6 Leads

Qualifications: • 5–10 years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment • Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and production processes • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production/reporting systems • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Work Environment & Requirements: • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs • Exposure to manufacturing environment conditions (including fragrances) • Flexibility to work extended hours based on production demands
