Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide staffing and resource management activities, aligning consultant capabilities with client demand

Partner with leadership on workforce planning, hiring priorities, and capability development while improving staffing frameworks

Leverage analytics and reporting to guide decision-making regarding talent investment and resource optimization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (required)

6+ years of experience in staffing, workforce planning, or resource management within a professional services environment

Experience supporting technical or consulting organizations is strongly preferred

Proven track record of executing workforce planning initiatives and driving cross-functional collaboration

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with talent management systems
