Hiring: IT Systems Analyst (Atlanta – Cumberland Area)

Looking for a strong IT Systems Analyst to join a growing support team in the Atlanta market. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role supporting a dynamic user base, ideal for someone experienced, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running.

Location Requirement: • Must currently live in the Atlanta area • 4 days onsite in Cumberland

Compensation: • $60K – $70K base (based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing: • Provide Tier 1 IT support across hardware, software, and mobile devices • Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Microsoft 365 environments • Support user onboarding/offboarding (account setup, equipment, access) • Manage ticketing system and resolve high-volume support requests • Assist with system upgrades (including on-prem to M365 transitions) • Maintain IT inventory and documentation • Deliver basic IT training to end users

What We’re Looking For: • 3+ years of IT support experience (no entry-level candidates) • Strong experience with PC support + Active Directory (must-have) • Exposure to Mac environments is a plus • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) • Experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting workflows • Strong communication skills and ability to support end users directly
